Holiday Family Photoganza 2012!

What’s a Photoganza?!
With the Holiday’s coming up we want to make sure that you get your family photos in time for Christmas Cards. For 3 days only we will be shooting a limited amount of families at a discounted rate at some gorgeous locations! Each day we will shoot up to 4 families for 2 hours before sunset so we can get that beautiful light! Each family will book ½ hour time slots. Below are all the details…

When and Where:
Sunday November 4 / 3:00 – 5:00 / Flying Caballos Ranch, SLO
Saturday November 10 / 3:00 – 5:00 / Old Edna, SLO
*NEW DATE ADDED Sunday December 2 / 3:00 – 5:00 / Dana Powers House, Nipomo

Cost:
$175 for one family unit ($25 will be donated to a Charity this Christmas!)
$50 for additional family units (of 2 or more people) Ie: Grandparents, cousins etc.

Includes:
ONE digital file.
Online printing and proofing for 3 months of more than 2 dozen images.

It’s so fun to watch families grow! This is the 2nd shoot I’ve done for the Wooten Family and this time we ran around downtown SLO chasing the boys and scooping them up for the occasional group shot.

Sweet baby Jake is on his way and I had a fun time capturing his mama and big sister. We snapped a few in the front of their house where I did some family photos over the Holidays. Then we finished with some ballet dancing in the ‘Super Studio’! These two true beauties can’t wait for this little guy to come in the next 3 weeks! Stay tuned for some follow up pics after he’s here!!

The Slawson family was so much fun to photograph! For starters their boys were so cute. They were cracking me up with all the stories they were telling me. Having my own little warrior at home; I love adventurous boys. Secondly, they picked one of my favorite locations….in the world. This spot is the exact location where Cameron and I were married 5 years ago! Woohoo. It was so special to return after 5 years bringing our son to run around. How much life has changed and how richly God has blessed us.

I’m so excited to finally have our Super Studio set up and ready for business! This has been a dream of ours for the past couple years and something we’ve had on the forefront of our to-do list for awhile now. What’s so amazing about studio photography is the ability to take away. Without a background it removes distractions and allows the photographer to focus on the beauty of just the subject. This is totally different than what I normally do because I love to incorporate stunning natural settings into the background of my portraits; so I’m excited for a new challenge!

We tested it out the other day with my most favorite model; Asher -my Super Boy. He’s obsessed with Super Heros lately, and won’t take his bat cape off most days. Check out some of Asher’s best Batman posses!

You know when you meet people and you think….”I really want to be friends with them”? That is totally the Seim family! Well, my wish came true and I am so happy to call them just that =). I was even more excited to take photos of them this past month for their Christmas card. These two made one adorable little girl and have another little person on the way!
